PRODUCTION TIME: The production time of printed backdrops is about 1-2 days for sizes 3x5 FT, 5x6.5 FT, and 5x7 FT, and about 3-6 days for other big sizes.

SHIPPING TIME: We usually ship orders via DHL, TNT, CNE, UPS, FedEx

  • For most countries in North America and Europe, the expedited shipping time is about 5-7 business days; the standard shipping time is about 15-20 business days

  • Some remote areas will cost more time. There will be a 1-3 days difference of arrival time when shipping to the same country but different address. Packaging

All backdrops are shipped folded, here are ways to remove wrinkles:

  • Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, it will be ok.
  • Heat it with a steam iron on the back of item, then it will be smooth again.
